Nityapoojakona is one of the scared temple for Lord Shiva in siddhavatam mandal of Kadapa district, which located on the southern part to Lankamalla Hills forest area of Eastern Ghats.
It is fully crowded during Shivarathi (Maha Shivarathri) festival, large number of devotees don’t sleep on the particular day (jagaramu) and devotees keep on chanting ‘OM NAMA SHIVAYAH’ near the temple site or on the trail (dhaari). The temple is mainly opened on every Monday.
Nithya pooja kona is round about 35 kms from Kadapa town. Transport: On Every Mondays APSRTC service available from kadapa old bus stand, only one trip it will take you in the morning and back in the evening.
we can have auto from Kadapa or from Siddaout (number of buses are there to Siddapout from Kadapa. Siddaout is on the way to Nellore). Either bus or auto drop us at Panchalingala and from there we have to walk for 3kms and have to climb 150 steps to reach the place.
Free food is available in lunch and dinner time and available at other times on request. so no problem. Importance: Hill area in the deep Nallamala forest. In hill lock Shivalingam is there and from there in 1 km distance Akkadevathalu(seven sisters) are there.
Sivarathri and Karthika Masam are most important days people visit. At Siddout we can see old fort on the banks of river Penna. Here Penna river is safe for swimming.
రవాణా మార్గం కడప నుండి సిద్దవటం 33 కిలోమీటర్ల దూరంలో ఉన్నది. అక్కడి నుండి దట్టమైన అడవి మార్గాన వెళితే నిత్య పూజ కోన క్షేత్రానికి చేరుకోవచ్చు. కొండ కింద ఉన్న పంచలింగాల వరకు బస్సులు, షేర్ ఆటోలు తిరుగుతుంటాయి. బస్సు మార్గంలో అయితే 12 కిలోమీటర్లు వెళ్ళవచ్చు. కడప నుండి ప్రతి సోమవారం ఒక ఆర్టీసీ బస్సు ఉన్నది.
